Great Speaker Series: Ms Lee Mei-yin

Ms Lee Mei-yin, Special Researcher of Dunhuang Research Academy, will take the audience on a two-hour ramble through Dunhuang on 31 Jan (Wed), with a precious art collection.

Symbols of Human Wisdom: The quintessence of Chinese characters, relics and culture

Prof. Cheung Kwong Yue, Head and Chair Professor of the Department of Chinese of the Hang Seng Management College, will decipher the connections between Chinese characters, relics and culture on 22 Jan (Mon).

		Tai Kuen: 'One-stop'mode of justice Known as 'Tai Kung', the former Central Police Station compound once encompassed the functions of police station, court and gaol. On 23 Jan (Tue), retired Senior Superintendent Mr Henry Ho Ming-sun will talk about the history of this one-stop mode of justice.

Groundbreaking for OUHK Jockey Club Institute of Healthcare The ceremony on 15 Dec kicked off construction work on the new institute. The naming ceremony was held on the same occasion.
