Mr Chris Shum will share his career path as a popular Cantonese lyricist on 19 Nov (Mon).

On 19 Nov (Mon), Prof. Yeping Li and Prof. David Geelan will give a workshop on the latest research trends of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education.



Prof. Yeung will speak about 'Hong Kong-Macao Relations with the PRD: Four Decades of Success and Future Prospects' on 20 Nov (Tue), and launch his new book after the talk.

Prof. Chen Dake, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, will review China's milestones in oceanic and polar exploration in the past few decades and discuss future developments on 21 Nov (Wed).

Dr Allan Zeman, the 'Father of Lan Kwai Fong', will share his entrepreneurial journey from garment business to Lan Kwai Fong on 22 Nov (Thu).



Prof. Kenneth Pai (白先勇), one of the greatest contemporary Chinese writers, will come to the OUHK on 30 Nov (Fri) and talk about how he took his Young Lovers' Edition of The Peony Pavilion to the world stage.

On 11 Dec (Tue), Distinguished Professor Jiyou Jia will introduce Mainland China's research funding system, with a focus on research funds available for Hong Kong researchers.

On 15 Dec (Sat) afternoon, programme seminars will be held, introducing the University's part-time (distance learning and face-to-face mode) and postgraduate programmes.
