Six students from the Civil and Environmental Engineering and Building Services Engineering and Sustainable Development programme teamed up to participate in the CIC BIM Competition 2024 and took home the second prize. The team then participated in the Hong Kong Applied Gerontech Innovation Challenge (HKAGIC) organised by Tung Wah College with this design and won a Gold Award in the Tertiary Group.
