Seven years full with splendid deeds: Farewell to our retiring President

On 27 March, LiPACE co-organized an online talk with the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority and invited three experts to share MPF investment tips and the common Q&As regarding retirement planning.

The first event under Restart 2021 has been organized by the Alumni Affairs Office earlier this year to call for recipes of love. Encouraging response has been received and five heartwarming recipes have been shortlisted. Go give these recipes a try and enjoy the delectable dishes with your loved ones.

Organized by the Department of Creative Arts of the School of Arts and Social Sciences and the Tin Ka Ping Centre of Chinese Culture, and co-organized by the University's Library, the 'Writer-In-Residence' Scheme has invited Mr Dung Kai-cheung, well-known Hong Kong fiction writer, to be the first writer-in-residence of the scheme. He participated in the first activity on 26 February, sharing his writing experience with the OUHK students.

OU Fun Facts

This device will sure bring back lots of memories to Nursing alumni. Commonly called 'iPad' among students, the gadget was a second-edition electronic school bag used in the 2000s, and was used for recording Nursing students' performance during their clinical placement. Nurses supervising them would quiz them with questions regarding nursing care and record if they passed or not. It was also used for storing information about clinical placement and nursing knowledge.
