Dreams often reflect the pressures and anxieties we face in our daily lives. By exploring dream interpretation, we can uncover hidden parts of our mind, gain a better understanding of our emotions and thoughts, and enhance our self-awareness and mental well-being.

Hong Kong Metropolitan University is committed to supporting mental health. Therefore, the Hong Kong Metropolitan University Alumni Association (HKMUAA) is hosting a dream interpretation workshop titled “Dream: Life Vision”, led Dr Kanny Chou, an expert in the field.

In this workshop, Dr Chou will guide participants through the fascinating world of dreams. Using science and practical tips, she will help you understand the deeper meanings behind your dreams.

Join us at the workshop, explore dream mysteries and recharge your mind!
