Enneagram — the Winning Factor

Dr Kwong has substantial experience in training, providing professional services in this field to different corporations such as Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank, Swire Properties, the Airport Authority Hong Kong and CLP.

He will offer tips on how to understand your colleagues, business partners and youself through the 'Enneagram'. He will also introduce how to apply 'Enneagram' to job interviews.

The Alumni Affairs Office of the Public Affairs Unit organized three advancement talks in February. Three professionals from different sectors shared their experience of success with our alumni and students.

The last talk on '“Enneagram” — the Winning Factor' was conducted by Dr Michael Kwong, a professional in training with more than 27 years of experience. He said that understanding yourself, your colleagues and business partners through the enneagram can help improve interpersonal relationships and career development. He also gave tips on applying the enneagram to job interviews and in the workplace. The talk, held on 27 February, attracted 200 participants.

The Alumni Affairs Office raised $50,000 for the Alumni Scholarship and Bursary Fund to provide assistance to outstanding or financially needy students. The Fund will be matched 100% by the Mr Vincent Woo Matching Donation Fund.
