Mr Cheng obtained his Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law from the OUHK in 2010. He is currently General Manager-Operations of Fung Seng Enterprises Limited which employs over 13,000 people. The company has three main areas of business: facilities management services, electrical and mechanical engineering services and financial services.

Mr Cheng has worked in mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong for many years. Experienced in corporate management, Mr Cheng will share his story of how to manage and motivate young employees. He will provide his advice on career success to youngsters.
