	Ms Choi is the Managing Consultant and Country Manager of Tamty McGill Consultants International Ltd. She has over 30 years of human resources management experience in working with clients from various industries. She is the former leader of training department of Bank of China Group, G2000 and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
	Ms Choi was the lecturer in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the City University of Hong Kong. She is the former President and the current Executive Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). Now she acts as a mentor of several universities.
	Ms Choi is a human resources expert. In the seminar, she will design a short quiz for audience to let them know more about their personality, which helps increase the career advancement opportunities. All participants can join a lucky draw afterwards.
	She will provide some tips of job hunting, including the preparation of application letter, resume and job interview. She will also give some career advancement tips.
