Online campus access registration

Graduates are required to register online for themselves and the accompanying guests if they wish to come back to campus for photo-taking. Registration should be made before the day of your planned visit.
If you have already applied for HKMUAA Ordinary Membership via mobile app HKMU Alumni+ and submitted relevant vaccination and testing records upon successful application, your QR code for campus visit will be displayed on your alumni e-card. You only need to register for your accompanying guests.
All guests shall only be admitted to the campus when accompanied by the graduate.

Requirements for campus visit

To enter the campus, you must fulfil the latest vaccination requirements for campus access announced by the University (details), and take rapid antigen test using self-testing kit and get negative result on the day you enter the campus.

When entering the campus, you are required to:

scan the QR code for campus visit generated with your alumni e-card or provided by HKMU;
scan the QR code of the campus concerned with the LeaveHomeSafe app at the entrance;
show the QR code of either your electronic vaccination record, recovery record, or Exemption Certificate (details) (If you are using a paper Exemption Certificate, you will have to present the original Exemption Certificate); and
keep the test record and present it to our security guards when necessary.

Also, alumni and guests under the category of Red Code and Amber Code of Vaccine Pass are not allowed to enter the campus.
