Dr. Kwong has intensive training experiences for different corporations, such as Aeon Stores Hong Kong (Jusco) Ltd, CLP ltd, The Airport Authority Hong Kong, Bossini, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, The Labour department, Swire Properties and Morgan Stanley, etc. He believes that employee training is important for company development. Dr Kwong will also talk about resume writing skills and interview techniques.

Alumni Affairs Office of Public Affairs Unit organized the 'Career Preparation for Young People' seminar. The talk was given by listed companies China Haidian and New Capital International Investment Ltd Independent Non-Executive Director Dr Michael Kwong on January 26 to 150 attendees. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing and manpower training, Dr Kwong talked about young people's job prospects and gave out tips on interview preparation and writing application letters. He pointed out that the job nature in the commercial and public sectors was different and advised students to do research on the relevant industry or field accordingly. Being well prepared for interviews will make you more confident and demonstrate your conscientious attitude. There was an enthusiastic exchange between participants and Dr Kwong, who also offered on-the-spot advice during mock job interviews.
