Graduate photo sessions 2017 - Shooting schedule

Dear Graduates,

Congratulations on your graduation! To make the occasion even more memorable, the Alumni Affairs Office of the Public Affairs Unit has arranged a photography company to take group photos of new graduates on 17 December 2017 (Sunday). You are most welcome to take part in this happy event and below are the details:

 

	• Venue:	Siu Tsang Fung Kwan Square, Ho Man Tin Main Campus
	•  Shooting schedule:	Please refer to the table below. Please come   in  your academic gown and stand by at the courtyard on time.  (You are suggested to wear suit and leather shoes, and arrive 20 minutes  earlier to put on your academic gown.)
	•  Registration:	No registration is required.

Each photo is 8” x 10” in size printing on matte paper, and bears the University logo, your school name and the year of graduation. The price is $100 each (excluding softcopy of the photo). Please pay for your photo at the photography company's counter set on G/F, Cheng Yu Tung Building (Block A) on the Ho Man Tin Main Campus from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the event day. All photos will be delivered by post.

2. All transactions are between Sense Production and the graduates. The OUHK is not responsible for any matters in relation  to the products or services provided by the company. If other services such as reprints, enlargement and framing are required, you are advised to confirm the additional charges with the company in advance.
