The 40th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Police Choir Concert

The 40th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Police Choir Concert was held in the Jockey Club Auditorium on 21 October. Led by a piper of the Police Silver Band, the event was graced by Vice President (Administration and Development) Prof. Tong Chong-sze and Commissioner of Police Mr Lo Wai-chung. The Concert, supported by the OUHK, attracted a good number of audience and featured a charming programme of popular classics. The University has been partnering with the Hong Kong Police College to offer training courses for police constables. Police officers can transfer credits obtained from the Police College when applying for specific programmes at OUHK. Over the years, many police officers have also become alumni of the University.
