• The Development and Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) has full discretion in the allocation of all prizes which alumni are not allowed to choose from.
• All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned.
• Only alumni who have successfully registered as HKMUAA member are eligible to join the 'Welcome offer trio' campaign. The registration sequence recorded by DAAO shall prevail.
• For winners of 'Alumni Q&A', prizes will either be delivered to the address filled in the submission form or arranged to redeem in person at the office of DAAO. They will be required to present their HKMUAA membership card for verification.
• DAAO reserves the right to withdraw this campaign or change or delete or add such terms and conditions including but not limited to those relating to the withdrawal/addition of prizes or benefits. DAAO may do any of the above without giving prior notice to alumni and without having to pay any compensation.
