Betty currently works as the Group Head of Organizational Development and Talent Management at the CLP Holdings in which she leads the agenda to ensure the company has the right talent, culture and capability delivering the group's growth and transformation plans. She partners closely with the GEC, the executive teams, and the Board to design and execute on a variety of multi-year people programs to enable growth and change.
Prior to CLP, Betty has worked in a similar capacity partnering with senior executive teams to evolve and grow organisations through other high stake transformation situations such as demerger, M&A, fast scaling, business model disruption and digitalisation.
A trained psychologist, Betty brings with over 20 years of global experience in a high pace high-growth setting, having based out of Hong Kong, Singapore and the U.K. delivering mandates covering regional and global organisations. Operated at scale, she is experienced in managing large investment and teams across Asia Pacific including China, Europe and the Americas, in the banking, biopharma and technology sectors.
Educated in universities in Hong Kong and the U.K., Betty holds advanced degrees in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Business Administration. Betty is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. A passionate advocate on Inclusion and ESG, Betty is a keen contributor to non-profit, charities and NGOs on similar causes. Since 2022, she is a member of the Steering Committee of the 'Girls Go Tech' program at The Women's Foundation (TWF), promoting gender inclusion in STEM and upward social mobility.
