Biography
Ms Faye Tse obtained her BBA in Human Resources Management from the City University of Hong Kong and her MSc in Human Resources Management and Training from The University of Leicester (UK). Before joining HKMU, Faye has 15 years of experience in the industry for various multinational brands and listed companies specializing in the areas of Learning and Development and Talent Management. She is a Certified Professional in Coaching, Occupation Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), and Everything DiSC.

Academic & Professional Experience
Faye has a wide range of local and regional talent management and training experience in diversified organizations with the capacity of leading positions in giant companies for more than 15 years. Faye has HK, China and regional experience, and also is a professional in customer service strategy area. During her service at an international theme park and public service, she was responsible for a customer service excellence project at the front line level in Florida (USA) and an expatriate development plan at the corporate office level in the AP region (serving around 18,000 employees). Also, she is an expert in talent management and talent acquisition. When she was working in banking in HK and Macau, she was heading all training & development activities (soft skills and management topics) for 41 branches, succession planning, and had set up a High Potential scheme in the HK region.
She has delivered wellness & interviewing experiential learning and simulation workshops and individual coaching for students in different academic Institutes and Corporates since 2014.
She has experience in recruiting young talents and technical professionals and she has developed the career assessment centre in a FMCG and is one of the main interviewers of the Management Trainee Program in the FMCG and Banking Industry.
