Biography

 

Dr. Lee is a distinguished academic with a DBA degree from Hong Kong Baptist University. She has a wealth of experience in tertiary education, having previously serves as the Programme Leader for several BA top-up degree programmes in collaboration with UK partner universities before joining HKMU. Dr. Lee is currently teaching courses in undergraduate and master programmes. These include Master of Business Administrative (in Chinese) programme and the Master of Professional Catering Management (in Chinese) programme.

Dr. Lee's dedication to her students has been recognized with the Inspirational Teaching Award in 2022 and the Inspirational Teaching Commendation in 2019, both from Sheffield Hallam University.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Lee also has a strong background in marketing. She has worked for multinational companies such as Ferrero Asia, CPC/AJI (HK), Kraft Foods, Friesland Foods where she managed mainly the food products in retail and catering markets. Her diverse background in both academia and industry provides a rich and practical learning experience for her students.
