Biography
Olive holds a Ph.D. in Hotel and Tourism Management at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned her Master degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Mnagaement from Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, United Kingdom and her Bachelor degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Moi University, Kenya.
Prior to joining SHTM, Olive was a full-time Hotel and Hospitality lecturer at Maasai Mara University-Kenya, aside from teaching in other institutions of higher learning as a part time. She is experienced in teaching, curriculum development and student mentorship.
Her research interests include Revenue Management, customer relationship management and strategic management.
