Billy NG Tsz Yu

Biography

Billy Ng Tsz Yu obtained B.A. in Creative Writing and Film Art from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University and M.A in Cultural Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, he had worked as book editor and arts administrator.
