Patsy YUEN Yiu Ping

Yiu Ping Yuen was awarded an MA with distinction in Computer Animation from Bournemouth University, and a BA with honors first class, in Graphic Design from Coventry University. She worked as a digital artist and technical director in world-class visual effects companies for ten years, which covered Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix (哈利波特：鳳凰會的密令), Thor: The Dark World (雷神奇俠:黑暗世界), James Bond 007: Skyfall (新鐵金剛：智破天凶城), and The Dark Knight Rises (蝙蝠俠: 夜神起義). Movies that she worked on included Inception (潛行凶間) and Interstellar (星際啟示錄), which won The Best Visual Effects in Oscar Award. She was involved in a AAA game in UK. and was also a lead artist in the Taiwanese game industry. Her clients were well-known game developers such as Sony Computer Entertainment, Capcom, Walt Disney, and Activision. Previously she was an art director and storyboard artist in 4A advertising agencies in Hong Kong. She has gained extensive and practical working experience in different areas at a high level, from hand drawing, graphic design, animation, game, 3D computer graphics to Hollywood visual effects production.
