Academic Advising (3-credit-unit System)

The Schools offer academic advising resources to provide guidance and support to Distance Learning students encountering academic challenges. A student who obtains a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) below the minimum requirement of the progrmme studied and has completed a minimum of 6 credit-units (excluding Pass/Fail courses) in any one term shall be recommended to seek academic advise from the School of the registered progammes. Academic advising will encompass discussions on the study plan, study load, course selection and plan to improve on the academic performance.
