EDB recognized teacher training programmes

Programme for non-language trained teachers

• Certificate in Education
  • Secondary English Strand
  • Secondary Chinese Strand

Programme for untrained teachers

• Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary/Secondary) programmes (in-service programme for those who are currently employed or about to be emplyed as a school teacher)

New teachers of English/Chinese who enrol in the relevant courses between June and early August will be exempted from the Preparatory Courses for new language teachers.

Students must complete both certificates below:
