The Master of Education in Educational Technology and Innovation programme equips teachers and educational leaders with conceptual knowledge to keep pace with technological trends. This programme offers courses that equip students with knowledge covering:
(a) implications of using artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching;
(b) pedagogical implications of technology use;
(c) technology-enhanced educational assessment;
(d) opportunities and challenges of using technology to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness; and
(e) implementation and consideration of educational technology including AI.
Master of Education in Educational Technology and Innovation is awarded on successful completion of 30 credit-unit. Students are required to complete 21 credit-unit from core courses and a minimum of 9 credit-unit from elective courses.

For admission to the programme, a student shall normally possess:
(a) a recognised Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent).
(b) applicants must meet the English language proficiency requirements set by the University if their Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification did not adopt English as the medium of instruction.
(c) applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree specialising in education or have experience teaching in a school will have an advantage in admission. Short-listed applicants will be invited to an admission interview, and only those who pass the interview will be admitted to the programme.
