简历

王明善博士现任香港都会大学(HKMU)教育及语文学院幼儿教育课程(遥距学习)课程主任,负责统筹包括副学位学士学位硕士学位幼儿教育遥距课程。同时,她亦是HKMU公开进修学院SOLmate(学习伙伴)。王博士拥有丰富经验,曾担任世界幼儿教育联会(OMEP)世界秘书长和维多利亚教育机构的传讯及研究主任等职位。目前,她还担任OMEP香港分会的秘书一职。
 
王博士一直致力推动本港和全球各地儿童的权利,专注研究与幼儿发展和教育相关的政策。她曾两度获得香港研究资助局(RGC)教师发展计划(FDS)的研究资助,并在知名学术期刊上发表了她的研究成果。王博士因其卓越的研究成果,于 2023 年荣获 HKMU 杰出研究出版奖金奖。
 
王博士拥有美国加州大学洛杉矶分校心理学文学士及运算专修学位(优等荣誉)、香港大学社会工作硕士(优异)及幼儿教育政策哲学博士,并在修读博士学位时获得香港特别行政区政府奖学金。王博士是香港注册社工。
