To sharpen our service quality, please be informed that the service counter for L&F will be relocated from Facilities Management Unit (Facilities Management Office) at Room A1016, 10/F, Cheng Yu Tung Building (Block A) to the Security Control Rooms of Main Campus (MC) and Jockey Club Campus (JCC) and the Security Control Counter of Jockey Club Institute of Healthcare (IOH) respectively with effect from 21 January 2021 (Thu):

Please contact the Security Control Room at Room C-141 (MC) or Room E0G07 (JCC), or the Security Control Counter on G/F (IOH) for
1. submission of Report Form if you have lost something valuables or items with personal data at OUHK (e.g. USB, wallet, octopus card, mobile phone and laptop, etc.);
2. claiming of valuables or items with personal data; or
3. found items of lost valuables or items with personal data.
Claim of sundry supplies items (e.g. umbrella, water bottle, stationery and glasses, etc.) will be reminded at the Self-Service Corner for Sundry Items on MC, JCC and IOH.
