b. Lockers would be assigned to applicants by lot (*Not first-come, first-served basis). Students cannot select the locker location and locker number.
c. Lockers would be offered to successful applicants who are active students and have made valid online/cash payment upon submission of application. No refund would be arranged upon successful application regardless of duration of use.
d. Accurate and true information must be provided during application. Otherwise locker allocation procedure might be affected and resulting in the delay of rental period commencement date. No refund will be arranged in such circumstance.
e. User withdrawing from his/her course or terminating his/her studentship during the rental period must vacate the locker within 1 week from the date of withdrawal/termination. Beyond such period, any occupancy would be considered as unauthorized use.
f. Users are obliged to vacate the assigned lockers on or before the last day of the abovementioned rental period. Upon the end of rental period, Facilities Management Office reserves the right to cut open the locker and handle the found items according to the University's policies. The University shall in no circumstances be responsible for the safe-keeping of any items found in the locker, or held liable for any loss or damage in connection therewith.
