Supplier Registration System

Companies that wish to apply for registration as a potential supplier of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) can download and complete the “Application Form for Supplier Registration” for completion.  The completed form along with the required information mentioned in Part III Item 2(i) of the form should be returned to HKMU by email at fusup@hkmu.edu.hk for consideration.

Potential suppliers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• • • Past performance
    • Customer references
    • Suitability of products and/or services
    • Information from potential suppliers
    • Financial strength
    • Business registration

Suppliers will be removed from the Approved Supplier List if they have no business transactions with HKMU for 5 years.
