HKMU provides webmail accounts to all enrolled students as the primary means of communication with the University. All academic and administrative information will be sent to student webmail account. This includes information about your programme and courses, changes to tutorial and study schedules, University news, and student announcements. To access email messages in Mobile phones/devices, students can use the O365 App.
Currently, HKMU student webmail system is implemented using O365.
The O365 account is needed for using the O365 email or enabled the Microsoft office. The format of the O365 account for HKMU Student is:
‘s’ + first 7 digits of HKMU Student ID + ‘@live.hkmu.edu.hk’
(e.g. s1234567@live.hkmu.edu.hk)
