请勿开啓或回复任何可疑邮件,如阁下已回复任何可疑邮件,请尽快与资讯科技处联络itohelp@hkmu.edu.hk。若最近收到以下疑似网络钓鱼邮件,请立即删除。钓鱼邮件亦会寄送假装成教职员(通常为上司或管理层)的邮件。如一旦接收任何回复,对方将会继续诱出更多资讯以便作出欺诈行为。如你有任何疑问,请先核对清楚寄件者的电邮地址是否与内联网中的职员电话簿中脗合,其次可用其它联络方法与职员联络,例如电话及亲身见面。网络钓鱼邮件:资讯科技网络安全信息:1. 虚假电邮窃取个人资讯请勿回应或回复任何可疑邮件,尤其内容需要你输入帐户名称及密码。大部分网络钓鱼邮件均有以下相同之处:a. 寄件者伪冒资讯科技处通讯帐户(如资讯科技支援电邮帐户)b. 要求收件者点击大学网站以外的超连结c. 要求收件者开启不明附件(如PDF)d. 要求收件者提供个人资讯(如帐户名称及密码)e. 邮件内的超连结指向不安全网站(如http://非https://)请紧记香港都会大学永不要求任何教职员或学生提供帐户名称及密码,如有疑问,请与资讯科技处联络。2. 网络安全贴士以下为网络安全小贴士:a. 不要随意向任何人洩露个人密码b. 定期转换密码c. 汇报任何虚假电邮及电邮骗案d. 请适当贮存USB随身碟e. 使用可加密的USB随身碟,以防资料外洩f. 使用邮件加密功能(选取邮件敏感度为”机密”),尤其邮件内提供个人或学生资料d. 使用加密工具将大学的资料加密h. 使用SharePoint储存资料资讯科技处
