Google Workspace

 

 

'Google Workspace' is a suite of productivity tools built for teaching and learning. It is provided by Google free of charges for the University. 'Google Workspace' includes Google Gmail, Google Drive, Google Classroom and other Google Apps. Staff can utilize the Google Workspace for academic support purposes.

 

 

 

A special type of Google Gmail account is required for using the apps and services under 'Google Workspace'. The format of the Google Gmail account for HKMU Staff is:

 

Staff Account Name + @study.hkmu.edu.hk                (e.g. abc@study.hkmu.edu.hk)
