O365 stands for Microsoft Office 365. With the enrollment of the Microsoft Education Solutions, a number of Microsoft Office 365 online services are provided for the institutes. Staff can download and install the latest version of Microsoft Office software and apps in their home desktop PCs, notebooks or mobile devices for work related usage. Staff can also uses O365 apps such as Teams to create Team group and channels for group chat and collaboration.   

About O365 Account

  The O365 account is needed for enabling the full function and features for the Microsoft Office in PCs or mobile devices.  The format of your account name is: Staff Account Name + @live.hkmu.edu.hk  (e.g. abc@live.hkmu.edu.hk)
