About Secure Email

For sending confidential information via email to external parties, staff should set message option of the email as “Confidential”. While sending the email, the email will be encrypted by the Secure Email system.

About Anti-Spam

All emails from external will pass through Email Anti-Spam system automatically. If the incoming email message is found to have a spam probability, it will be kept anti-spam quarantine area and not delivered to the staff who will receive a notification email having a summary of the quarantined emails. The staff can login the Anti-Spam system webpage to manage (white/black list or release) the quarantined emails.
