In April 2024, the Library conducted an online User Satisfaction Survey in order to collect feedback from our users. The Survey was completed successfully on 11 May 2024. Compared to the 2021, valid responses increased by 80%, reaching almost 2,800. Notably, the overall rating of the Library improved by 3.41%. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all participants who took the time to complete the survey.
A survey result sharing session took place on 28 June 2024. The President, Prof. Paul Lam, Vice President (Research and Student Development), Prof. Ricky Kwok, and the representative from the Students' Union, Mr. Danny Ko attended the session and conducted lucky draws for staff and students who had participated in the survey. A total of 80 prizes were awarded to the lucky draw winners.
