New library resources

  • Company information, including company profile, company history and SWOT reports
  • Company financials and investments reports for publicly traded US companies
  • International case studies from Gale CaseBase
  • Global companies, countries and industries' statistics and overviews with quick links to associated content
  • Full-text academic journal articles, business magazines and news articles

If you are doing an assignment about company analysis, company or industry comparison, or you would like to gain more understanding of international business topics, you would find this database useful. Let's go to Gale Business Insights: Global via our E-Library to explore more!

Display of outstanding artworks by Creative Arts students

In collaboration with the Department of Creative Arts and Tin Ka Ping Centre of Chinese Culture, School of Arts and Social Sciences, the award-winning artworks created by Creative Arts students are now on display at both campus libraries.  The artworks were awarded in different categories.  HKMU students have received 12 awards in the Sixth National College Art Student Exhibition, and the movie “Looking For Mom's Piano” (媽媽的鋼琴丟了), written and directed by HKMU Creative Writing and Film Arts students, was nominated in the Golden Plume Student Film Festival.  The exhibition is held from 10 Dec 2021 till 28 Feb 2022.  Please come to the Stanley Ho Library (MC) and Ho Sik Yee Library (JCC) and appreciate our students’ brilliant artworks!

Why the loan period of the book I borrowed gets shortened?

If the item you have borrowed is requested by another borrower, you will receive an email notice requesting you to return the book in 14 days or by the due date, whichever comes earlier.  As the due date may change and may be different from the date stamped on the due date slip at the back of the book, please do check your HKMU email box regularly for all library notices and your Borrower Record to find out the updated due date to avoid overdue fines.  Be a smart library user, please stay tuned with the library notices!
