HKMU Library Chatbot: Libi

The HKMU Library Chatbot “Libi” (小圖) is a joint initiative of the Library and the Information Technology Office (ITO). It aims to provide HKMU students and staff with a readily accessible platform that operates 24/7 for automated responses to their enquiries about library services and resources, using artificial intelligence technology. This new service was launched on the Library website on 31 January 2024.
