Calendar 1 (Manual input in WordPress)

Need update manually. Can add images into the description. Example: Event Calendar (Draft)

Calendar 2 (With Google Calendar API)

No need to update in WordPress. CIR staff can update the Google Calendar and the webpage will update automatically. (User just need to refresh their browser).
Cons: Cannot add images in the description.

The delay issue fixed. After updating the Google Calendar, you can just refresh this web page and the calendar content will be updated.
