Mission

Mainland and International Affairs Office is a designated office of HKMU to facilitate the project development in Mainland China, the recruitment of mainland and international students for HKMU undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, the support to the development of non-local students, and the liaison with mainland and overseas institutions with a view to exploring collaborative opportunities.

The scope of our services generally falls into the following areas,

To set up a good image of HKMU as a leader among the universities providing higher education to all via open and flexible learning;
To develop and maintain sustainable collaborations with mainland and overseas universities, government organizations and institutions;
To recruit mainland and international students for HKMU undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Hong Kong;
To enhance the development of non-local students of the University;
To facilitate the exchange of HKMU students and staff with mainland and overseas universities;
To develop the external links for our schools and units in higher education of Hong Kong and Mainland China
