简历

李燕琼教授现为香港都会大学护理及健康学院教授，她于香港中文大学获得了哲学博士学位，是香港护理学院的教育与研究院士，并且于2024年在伦敦国王学院担任访问学者。李教授拥有25年的护理教学经验和10年的行政职务经验，并借着其扎实的背景和广泛的学术与专业参与，对护理教育作出了重大贡献。  

李教授致力于护理和健康研究，以促进老年人的健康为目标。她专注研究居家安老的挑战，倡议将这个概念扩展并包括居家终老。她积极研究老年护理，健康老龄化，和老年人群的健康行为。最近，她致力研究将纾缓治疗与居家终老两者结合。  

从2014年到2023年，李教授带领一支学术团队，实施灵活学习，为3,000多名健康义工提供全面培训。这些健康义工形成了强大的小区网络，为区内老年人提供基本的健康护理及支持，帮助他们在家中安老和终老。该项目获得了过百间小区机构的认可，并因其对支持健康老龄化的重要贡献而获得多项奖项。李教授也因其在该项目中的卓越表现而获得多项奖项。

目前，李教授是香港政府安老服务行业培训咨询委员会和扶康会董事会的成员，她以专业知识和经验，支援小区健康护理提供者及其服务对象。
