简历

李燕琼现为香港都会大学护理及健康学院教授。她于二零零六年获取香港中文大学哲学博士学位。李教授于一九九九年加入学术界,其主要教学领域包括护理研究及循证护理。于大学任职期间,李教授一直是发展各级护理课程及学习模式的关键人物。其中多个课程皆属香港首例,持续解决本地护理人力需求。由二零一四年起,李教授致力发展一项全港健康义工培训课程,她带领着一支学术团队,以灵活学习为教学法,为3,000多名健康义工提供全面及有系统的培训。这些健康义工组成了一个强大的小区网络,为小区长者和慢性病患者提供基本的医疗保健照顾。该课程受到小区机构的高度评价,并因其支持健康老龄化的卓越表现而获得多个奖项,李教授推动本地健康义工服务贡献良多。  

李教授致力于健康研究,她热衷于老年护理、健康老龄化及老年人健康行为的研究,她最近致力于研究晚期照顾和在家离世,她的研究纪录充份反映她对改善老年人健康和解决相关健康问题的热诚。李教授现为护理前沿(英文)期刊编辑委员会委员,以及多份国际护理期刊的评审员。

李教授广泛参与专业活动及小区服务,她是香港护士管理局评审委员会顾问。她亦曾担任香港护士管理局教育委员会委员及香港医院管理局护理课程的外部评审员,为期十年。多年来,她参与了多项本地护理课程的评审工作,为推动香港护理教育作出了重大贡献。李教授现为扶康会董事局委员,她以其专业知识和经验,大力支持小区护理服务提供机构及其服务使用者。
