簡歷

李燕瓊教授現為香港都會大學護理及健康學院教授，她於香港中文大學獲得了哲學博士學位，是香港護理學院的教育與研究院士，並且於2024年在倫敦國王學院擔任訪問學者。李教授擁有25年的護理教學經驗和10年的行政職務經驗，並藉著其扎實的背景和廣泛的學術與專業參與，對護理教育作出了重大貢獻。  

李教授致力於護理和健康研究，以促進老年人的健康為目標。她專注研究居家安老的挑戰，倡議將這個概念擴展並包括居家終老。她積極研究老年護理，健康老齡化，和老年人群的健康行為。最近，她致力研究將紓緩治療與居家終老兩者結合。  

從2014年到2023年，李教授帶領一支學術團隊，實施靈活學習，為3,000多名健康義工提供全面培訓。這些健康義工形成了強大的社區網路，為區內老年人提供基本的健康護理及支援，幫助他們在家中安老和終老。該項目獲得了過百間社區機構的認可，並因其對支持健康老齡化的重要貢獻而獲得多項獎項。李教授也因其在該項目中的卓越表現而獲得多項獎項。

目前，李教授是香港政府安老服務行業培訓諮詢委員會和扶康會董事會的成員，她以專業知識和經驗，支援社區健康護理提供者及其服務對象。
