Regular rate		US$325 / HK$2500 per person
Student rate		US$105 / HK$800 per person
Spouse / guest rate		US$105 / HK$800 per person

* Each presentation requires at least one registration at early-bird or regular rate

Group Discount

Eight or more delegates from the same institution registering for the conference of ICOIE 2017 at the same time will be entitled to a 10% discount on the registration fee. To be entitled for this discount, use the following form for registration.

Disclaimer

For the International Conference on Open and Innovative Education 2017 ("ICOIE 2017"), The Open University of Hong Kong ("OUHK") and the Organizing Committee of ICOIE 2017 ("OC") would only act as the event host and organizer of ICOIE 2017. All arrangements for the conference such as those in travel, transport, accommodation and services are made on the expressed condition that neither OUHK nor OC will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, injury, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including but without limitation to, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airlines, cruise lines, trains, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services to the participants of the conference.

Without limiting the foregoing, OUHK and OC will not be responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond their control. OUHK and OC reserve the right to change the itinerary of the Conference without prior notice. OUHK and OC may refuse to accept or to retain any Conference participant as attendee in the Conference at any time.
