Alumni Mentoring and Career Exploration Series

All HKMU students are welcome to participate in the “Alumni Mentoring and Career Exploration Series“, which includes the workshops of “HKMU Career Check-in” hosted by our alumni. These activities connect students to real workplace settings, helping them explore their career interests and prepare for future employment during their university studies. The activities also provide opportunities for students to interact with professionals/alumni from various industries, enhancing their communication skills and self-confidence, as well as enriching their learning experiences beyond the classroom.

A limited quota will be offered for each workshop on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to full-time undergraduate students.

Employability Stamp Card

An Employability Stamp Card will be distributed to participants on-site.

Students who attend one Career Preparatory and Training Workshop or one activity from the Alumni Mentoring and Career Exploration Series in AY2024/25 can earn one stamp on their card.

By participating in a total of 3 activities, students can redeem a $100 coffee shop gift voucher; students who attend 6 activities will be eligible to redeem an additional $100 coffee shop gift voucher.

Coffee voucher redeem period: 1 June – 31 July 2025 (office hours on weekdays: 2:30pm – 5:30pm)
