Mr Erwin Chan currently serves as the Director of Expivotal Consultancy and specialises in youth empowerment, on-job training and career education. As an organisational psychologist in Hong Kong, Erwin puts his extensive knowledge into talent selection and employee development, particularly in providing career training to Gen Z students and employees. He is also a professional member of The British Psychological Society (BPS) and The Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP), as well as a certified practitioner of various globally-used psychometric tools – Occupational Personality Questionnaire (SHL), Hogan Assessment System, and PAPI-3 Personality Test.
