Phase Two: Be a CEO

• Outstanding students who pass the interview will be invited to participate in Phase Two.

• The selected students will have chance to job shadow with the mentor.

• Subsequently, students will be assigned for projects and try to find out some areas for improvement in the company, so as to develop the CEO work project in the form of a group and provide specific solutions.

• After the completion of the relevant CEO project, students need to report the results to the mentors in order to summarize what they have learned.

• Students who successfully complete the two phases will receive a certificate and HK$12,000 subsidy.
