Cross-culture Student Enrichment Tour
Programme fee (including accommodation, catering, local transportation) & Flight tickets
- Once the selection process has been completed, selected students are only required to pay a total of HK$7,500 by mid-Feb 2024 with the sponsorship by the University. This amount includes a non-refundable programme fee of HK$4,500 and a refundable deposit of HK$3,000, which covers round-trip flight ticket, accommodation (mainly family homes), simple meal and local transportation expenses;
- Selected students may be nominated to some potential subsidies if applicable, e.g. Scheme for Means-tested Subsidy on Exchange to “Belt and Road” Regions for Post-secondary Students (M-SSEBR) / Scheme for Non-means-tested Subsidy on Exchange to “Belt and Road” Regions for Post-secondary Students (N-SSEBR) / Reaching Out Award (ROA) offered by HK Government. More details will be provided to selected students in due course;
- The refundable deposit (HK$3,000) will normally be refunded within one month upon the successful completion of the programme, i.e. after the mini-press conference in Sep/Oct 2024; and
- If students are absent from the programme activity without a compelling reason, the refundable deposit (HK$3,000) will be forfeited for the use of other student activities in future.

- Self-arranged by the participants (USD 50, subject to change by Sri Lanka's Government)
