Professionally, Gilbert's area of expertise lies on leveraging Design Thinking on product & service innovation. He advises multinational corporations entering China and Chinese companies going overseas markets, across a wide array of industries, e.g. food & beverages, personal care, finance, automotive, travel & hospitality. He used to work for Television Broadcasts Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways, Culturecom, South China Marketing Research and Kantar Insights China.
