Dr Sin Wai Kin Chinese Culture Scholarship (HK$10,000 each) aims to recognise local or Mainland students who demonstrate knowledge and recognition of traditional Chinese virtues (e.g. Integrity, Benevolence, Propriety) and put them into practice, have remarkable achievements or active participation in activities related to Chinese culture.
