#20IMPACT20 aims to Future-Proof 20 Resilient Youth to make a lasting Impact on 20 Underprivileged Youth Communities. It is the most challenging sea journey Outward Bound offers whilst maximizing impact. Key highlights and timeline are as follows:

| 2024 Nov – Dec | 20-day Challenging Sailing Expedition to/ from China's Sailing Hub – Qingdao, to develop crucial future skills [all participants are fully sponsored] |
| 2025 Jan – Jun | Upon return, participants will work in teams to apply their learnings to impact a total of 20 Underprivileged Youth Communities to deliver interactive, skill-based service that empowers youth to discover their potential. |
The program is open to Youth aged 18-35 from all backgrounds who are willing to take on this life-changing opportunity. No prior sailing knowledge is needed.
