Work location(s): 9 Great Bay Area Mainland Cities (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing)

Eligibility: Hong Kong residents who are awarded bachelor’s degrees or above from 2021 to 2023 and legally employable in Hong Kong are eligible for the Scheme.
