Note (1) Continuing students are eligible for both bursary and loan, and new students are eligible for loan only.

Note (4) Students are required to pay tuition fees first, regardless of whether or not their applications for loans are approved.
Upholding the belief in ‘Education for All’ , the OUHK established the ‘Student Assistance Fund’ in 1992 under the auspices of philanthropists, charities, businesses and professional bodies to ensure no aspiring learner will be deprived of the opportunity for higher education due to financial limitations.
The OUHK Student Financial Assistance Scheme was then established to provide bursaries and loans for students who encounter financial difficulties to pay the tuition fees. Since the establishment of the scheme, over 31,900 students have benefited and received more than $410 million of grants.
