Hong Kong Arts Development Council - Young Arts Tech Talents Residency Scheme 2023/24

The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby invites young arts tech talents to submit proposals for projects that they wish to explore and realise to the “Young Arts Tech Talents Residency Scheme”. The Scheme will invite local independent curators, arts tech practitioners and organisations/groups to be mentors/mentoring organisations of the supported projects and provide young talents with opportunities to experiment and create in a professional environment, thus allowing them to accumulate practical experience and encourage their professional development in the sector.
The Scheme accepts applications of arts projects in different nature and formats, and is expected to support 20 projects with potential. Each project will receive a fixed grant amount of HK$300,000, including allowance for successful applicants and subsidy for production costs. During the residency period, successful applicants may experiment their creations, showcase and exchange with peers at the co-working studio in ADC Artspace (Landmark South, Wong Chuk Hang).
At the time of application, applicants must be:
  •
Permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 or above
  •
Graduate of local or overseas tertiary education institutions, obtained within the last three school years

*For local graduates, last three school years generally refer to 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23.
*Priority will be given to eligible applicants who graduated from local tertiary education institutions and have not participated in any internship schemes organised by HKADC or Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
